Arizona Inn

Tucson, AZ (March 25, 2026) — Since the announcement of the sale of the Arizona Inn to a group of Arizona investors, the community has been eagerly awaiting news about the future of one of Tucson’s most beloved landmarks, long celebrated for its historic significance and enduring legacy of gracious hospitality.

Newly appointed Managing Director Vikram Sood, who brings extensive experience leading premium hotels on the West Coast, is enthusiastic about guiding the property into its next chapter. “I’m honored to help shape the future of this beloved 95-year-old inn,” said Sood. “We are committed to preserving its charm and traditions while thoughtfully guiding its evolution for generations to come.”

The first of many enhancements to the Arizona Inn experience begins with the debut of an inspired new weekend brunch.

Served in the Audubon Bar & Patio, brunch is available from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. Guests can enjoy a thoughtfully crafted menu of seasonal dishes from Chef Aron Fonte's kitchen. The complete menu is available at www.arizonainn.com/dining/menu-audubon-bar/.

Among the highlights is the Smoked Salmon Benedict, a beautifully presented dish featuring two perfectly cooked eggs Benedict topped with creamy hollandaise sauce, fresh herbs, and colorful vegetable garnish, served with a fresh side salad.

EASTER AT THE ARIZONA INN

Celebrate Easter Sunday in one of Tucson’s most iconic settings with a day of exceptional dining and family-friendly festivities. Beginning at 10 a.m., guests can enjoy a lavish Easter Brunch Buffet featuring chef-attended culinary stations and an array of seasonal specialties, including house-made pastries, carved prime rib of beef, made-to-order omelets, desserts, and more. Service continues through 3 p.m. Pricing is $125 for adults, $60 for children ages 5 to 12, and complimentary for children under 5. Reservations may be made through the Arizona Inn or OpenTable.

Throughout the day, families can enjoy photos with the Easter Bunny, holiday face painting, balloon art, cookie decorating, and a grand Easter egg hunt set throughout the Inn’s beautiful gardens. Egg hunts are scheduled for 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m.

ABOUT THE ARIZONA INN

Since 1930, the Arizona Inn has stood as one of Tucson’s defining landmarks, shaped by vision, purpose, and a profound sense of place. More than a hotel, it was conceived as a sanctuary of grace in the Sonoran Desert. Today, its signature pink adobe walls and tranquil garden courtyards reflect a legacy that has endured for nearly a century.

Founded by Isabella Greenway, Arizona’s first congresswoman, the Inn was envisioned as both a refined retreat and a purposeful enterprise that supported disabled World War I veterans. Over the generations, it has become deeply woven into Tucson’s cultural fabric and has earned recognition on the National Register of Historic Places.

Today, dedicated local stewardship continues to honor the Inn’s founding principles while thoughtfully preparing it for the century ahead. In 2025, a new chapter began, rooted in preservation, care, and a commitment to elevating the guest experience while safeguarding the character that defines this cherished landmark.

The Arizona Inn is located at 2200 E. Elm Street in the heart of Tucson’s midtown. For additional information, visit www.arizonainn.com or call 520-325-1541.
