TUCSON, ARIZONA — Chicago Pacific Founders (CPF) and its subsidiaries, CPF Living Communities and Grace Management Inc., have acquired The Ranch Estates of Tucson, a 107-unit senior living community licensed for 155 beds at 2365 W Orange Grove in Tucson.
The property was previously known as Sage Desert Assisted Living and Memory Care. Grace Management will take over operations.
The seller was an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Mountain Capital Partners, LLC.
The Ranch Estates of Tucson is located in Northwest Tucson’s Casas Adobes community, near Oro Valley and Northwest Medical Center Campus.
Amenities include one-bedroom studio apartments, Beauty / Barber Shop, Laundry, TV Room, Garden And Patio, Dining Room Shared Meals, Fitness Room, Respite Care, Minimum Age: 55, with Small Pets Allowed.
The asset was constructed in 2017 and closed for $35 million ($225,806 per bed) on April 22, 2021. The new owner plans to make investments into the campus but did not release details.
