TUCSON, AZ (June 25, 2026) — Civano Co. Inc. purchased approximately 21.6 acres located on Valencia Road for $850,000. The seller was DNA Real Estate LLC.
Located along East Valencia Road near Old Vail Road, west of South Pantano Road in southeast Tucson. The property was purchased for the potential future expansion of Civano Growers’ Sahuarita nursery operations.
Civano Growers is a wholesale grower serving independent garden centers, commercial landscapers, designers, architects, and green industry organizations across the Southwest. The company specializes in desert-adapted plants and is affiliated with Civano Nursery Garden Center, a family-owned Tucson nursery that opened in 1999 and operates its retail garden center at 5301 S. Houghton Road. Civano Nursery notes that many of the plants sold through the garden center are grown at Civano Growers’ Sahuarita growing grounds.
