Rachael Thompson Brings More Than 13 Years of Industry Experience to Colliers
Phoenix, AZ – Colliers International in Greater Phoenix announced the addition of Rachael Thompson, senior associate, to its Phoenix office. Thompson specializes in healthcare real estate services with a focus on landlord representation.
Thompson joins the well-established healthcare services team of Michael Dupuy and Fletcher Perry, both associate vice presidents; and Sean Westfall, associate. She is also a member of Colliers’ Healthcare Services Group, a nationwide team of real estate professionals who provide specialized services to the healthcare industry.
With more than 13 years of experience in medical and office real estate, Thompson has worked extensively with institutional clients, REITs and private investors. Her strong agency leasing background notably includes representing more than 1.2 million square feet of medical office space in Arizona for Healthcare Trust of America, Inc., a publicly traded REIT.
