The top retail deal was Broadway FP, LLC (Planet Fitness) leasing 28,575 square feet at 7125 E. Broadway Blvd., represented by Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (landlord) and NAI Horizon (tenant). The top office deal was the renewal by Duffield, Adamson and Helenbolt PC for 6,926 square feet at 3430 E. Sunrise Dr., Suite 200, with Dave Volk representing the landlord. The top industrial deal was Brice Equipment LLC leasing 10,000 square feet at 5825 S. Palo Verde Rd., represented by Cotlow Company and Commercial Real Estate Group of Tucson.
