Commercial Lease Report

TUCSON, AZ (June 1, 2026) — Commercial lease activity reported for the week of May 25–29, 2026, totaled 32,719 square feet, including 23,243 square feet of office/medical office space, 7,072 square feet of industrial space, and 2,404 square feet of retail space.

The largest new lease was MBI Occupational Healthcare Tucson, LLC for 9,936 square feet at Butterfield Technology Center, represented by Brandon Clarke with Cresa for the tenant and Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker for the landlord. The largest renewal was Soundthinking, Inc., for 6,400 square feet at The Transamerica Building, represented by Lucia Hedke of Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc., for the tenant, and Thomas J. Nieman of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, for the landlord.
