TUCSON, AZ (July 27, 2026) -- Southern Arizona’s commercial leases recorded 26 transactions during the week of July 20–24, 2026, comprising 20 new leases and six renewals. The reported transactions totaled 94,554 square feet across retail, industrial, and office properties, as well as a 1.48-acre industrial land lease and a sublease of an ATM facility.
Retail accounted for the largest share of the week’s activity, led by Just Between Friends Tucson’s 26,500-square-foot lease at 2520 S. Harrison Road. Other notable transactions included an 8,816-square-foot industrial lease by Abrams Airborne Manufacturing and Rentokil North America’s renewal of 8,400 square feet on North Forbes Boulevard.
