VMB Cortaro LLC bought the newly constructed 2,350-square-foot building and 25,819- square-feet of land occupied by Dunkin Donuts at 8002 North Cortaro Road, also known as a portion of Lot 13 of Continental Ranch Retail Center. The purchase price was $1,250,000 ($532 PSF).
The seller was CPG Cortaro Retail (James Aaron Klusman, member) of Chandler, AZ. Rick Borane of Volk Company in Tucson handled the investment sale for both buyer and seller and represented the seller when they purchased the pad for construction.
