TUCSON, AZ (February 14, 2025) -- The Courtyard by Marriott Tucson Airport Hotel at 2505 E Executive Drive in Tucson sold at auction for $14,195,000 ($95,268 per room) for the 149-room hotel.
The hotel was marketed with 75% room occupancy when it sold.
The hotel enjoys a prime location with direct access to I-10 and is less than a mile from Tucson International Airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers. As part of the Marriott family of hotels, the Courtyard benefits from being part of the world’s largest hotel company with the biggest hotel rewards program. As one of the premium select service brands in the upper-midscale and midscale sectors, the property attracts a loyal customer base, which enhances the hotel's reputation. It is well-positioned to capture market demand and achieve growth within the midscale and upper-midscale segments.
Built in 1988 and recently renovated in 2021, the hotel is poised to attract both business and leisure travelers seeking a premium experience at an affordable price. The three-story hotel has 149 rooms, including 12 suites with private balconies or patios, 24-hour fitness facilities, dry cleaning/laundry service, elevator, bar, deli, pool/spa, and meeting rooms.
The Hotel was sold fee-simple, unencumbered by existing debt.
