Mark Taylor Mesa PurchaseCushman & Wakefield Represents Seller in Land Transaction for Future Apartments

PHOENIX, AZ – Cushman & Wakefield announced Tuesday that Mark-Taylor Development, Inc. acquired ±20 gross acres from Crisko, LLC for $5.4 million. The Arizona-based developer announced plans to build a 346-unit apartment complex at the site on the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 60 and Greenfield Road in Mesa, AZ.

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Brent Moser, Mike Sutton and Brooks Griffith represented Crisko, LLC in the transaction.

“This property offered both excellent access, with the full-diamond interchange at U.S. 60 and Greenfield, and excellent proximity to both Banner Gateway Hospital and Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, which are immediately east of the site,” said Mr. Moser. “In conjunction with the planned expansion of the hospital and the recent expansion of MD Anderson‘s campus, Banner will be adding an additional access road off of Greenfield that will provide a second access point for the apartment complex.”

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Moser, Sutton and Griffith is currently marketing several land parcels contiguous to the Mark-Taylor site, ranging from ±2.5 to ±10 acres for hospitality and medical related uses. For more information contact them at (602)954.9000.

Mark-Taylor Development is an Arizona-based corporation established in 1985. To-date they have developed over 19,000 apartments units in the Southwest. For more information visit www.mark-taylor.com.
