Orange County, CA investor acquires fully leased retail asset featuring strong tenant brands

PHOENIX, Arizona – Cushman & Wakefield today announced the firm has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail asset in San Tan Valley (Phoenix), Arizona for approximately $2.3 million ($540 PSF). Built in 2013, the 4,260-square-foot building is fully leased to three tenants, including Dunkin Donuts and Jimmy John’s. The building also features an end-cap drive-thru. The seller was Phoenix-based HH-Skyline PADS, LLC. The buyer was Orange County-based Williams County LLC & The Barth Family Trust.

Chris Hollenbeck and Shane Carter with Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office represented the seller in the transaction. Hollenbeck noted, “This is a well located, modern retail asset with a great, stable tenant roster, including multinational and national brands, all with several years of lease term left.”

Located at 1662 W Hunt Highway, a major thoroughfare through the Southeast Valley of the Phoenix Metro area, the property provides a highly visible location at a strong retail intersection.
