Trevor Davis Hall bought a 5,000-square-foot industrial building at 3128 E 46th Street in Tucson from Fluoresco Lighting for $350,000 ($70 PSF). Russ Hall, SIOR, GSCSD and Steve Cohen, Principals and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | Picor represented the seller in the transaction and Ed Henne of Long Realty in Tucson represented the buyer.

Ray Parri purchased a 10,000-square-foot warehouse at 3424 S Campbell Avenue in Tucson from Campbell Industrial , LLC of Tucson for $511,300 ($51 PSF). Paul Hooker, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | Picor represented the buyer and Tony Reed with Long Realty of Tucson represented the seller in the transaction.
