TUCSON, AZ (February 16, 2024) – D.R. Horton begins a new community to market, Senita Crossing, after acquiring 32 SFR lots from Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group for $2,675,200 ($83,600 per finished lot).

The 32 lots are all 40’x110” in this 63-lot community. The transaction closed on February 13, 2024.
