Oro Valley, Arizona -- Debbie Heslop CCIM of VOLK Company represented the seller, Madani, LLC, in the sale of 8035 N Oracle Road in Oro Valley for $725,000 ($241 PSF).

Originally a Circle K store, the seller had renovated the building for a dance studio, dba Music Rhythms Ballroom.

Built in 1971, the 3,005-square-foot building sits on a +/- 23,550-square foot lot located northwest of Oracle and Magee in Oro Valley.

The buyer, Priority Lending, LLC (Curtis Finister, manager) is a Tucson-based mortgage lender that values giving back to the community. Priority Lending promises to provide the lowest mortgage rates available. Additionally, it provides the exact home loan to meet clients’ specific needs. Originating in Tucson, the company has expanded services to the entire state of Arizona, with a special focus in Phoenix. In addition, it has mortgage consultants licensed in the states of Texas and Utah, with more expansion on the horizon!
