Laney Brings Over 16 Years of Experience
Phoenix, Arizona – April 22, 2014 – David Laney joins Sperry Van Ness, LLC as an Associate Broker and has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience. Laney has completed over $100 Million in combined transactions conducted in Arizona and New Mexico.
Laney specializes in leasing services to maximize values, finding commercial financing when necessary and by creating exit strategies for the disposition of assets when the timing is right for the client. His areas of focus include office and industrial properties, with further specialization of self storage businesses and real estate sales. He is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman.
Laney is licensed as a real estate salesperson in both Arizona and New Mexico.
