LAS VEGAS, NV (May 20, 2025) – The world’s largest commercial real estate gathering is back! ICSC LAS VEGAS 2025 is underway this week at the Las Vegas Convention Center, drawing attendees across North America for three days of networking, dealmaking, and retail innovation.

This year’s event, held May 18–20, is limited to the North and South Halls due to ongoing reconstruction of the Central Hall. Despite the layout shift, the energy remains high.

“Lots of good energy and excitement in the crowd,”  Nancy McClure, First VP at CBRE Tucson told us. “The attendance is reported at 25,000 people.”

A strong delegation of Tucson-based brokers and developers is in attendance, connecting with national brands and showcasing opportunities in the Arizona market. The event continues to catalyze retail growth, site selection, and industry collaboration.

“ICSC LAS VEGAS is the most important event of the year for our industry and our members to build connections, strike transformative deals, and reshape the future of the Marketplaces Industry,” said Tom McGee, ICSC President and CEO. “This event not only drives business outcomes for companies but also strengthens the communities we serve by convening experts from all facets of commercial real estate under one roof.”

This year’s keynote lineup includes:

  • Greg Norman, legendary golfer and global entrepreneur, who will share leadership insights and lessons from his real estate ventures.

  • Kendra Scott, founder and Executive Chairwoman of Kendra Scott, LLC, speaking on brand building and scaling a purpose-driven business.

New brands making their debut on the show floor include Steak ‘n Shake, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and PickleRage, while returning concepts such as The Learning Experience and Jersey Mike’s Subs are continuing their national expansion efforts.

Sunday’s agenda featured more than a dozen workshops on emerging topics, such as lease restructuring, navigating economic headwinds, and the growing influence of proptech in retail development.

ICSC LAS VEGAS remains a critical platform for Tucson-based professionals to secure leasing commitments, explore strategic partnerships, and stay ahead of national retail trends.
