Phoenix, AZ – CBRE has completed the sale of a single-tenant, Del Taco located at 4115 West Anthem Way in Phoenix, Ariz. The 2,160-square-foot retail property is situated on approximately 36,782 square feet of land and commanded a sale price of $2,080,000 ($963 per square foot).
Joseph R. Compagno and Andrew K. Fosberg with CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the seller, Desert Orchid Investments, LLC, of Irvine, Calif. The buyer, JBJ, LLC, was represented by Alan Fruitman of 1031tax.com.
“We generated nine offers for the seller,” said Compagno. “We selected an all cash buyer from New York that closed the escrow in 25 days.”
The property is strategically located at the southwest corner of West Anthem Way and the I-17 freeway in Anthem, a Del Webb master-planned community. It is directly across from the Outlets at Anthem which brings over 3 million visitors to the area per year.
