MESA, AZ (January 26, 2026) -- DSV broke ground Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026, on a new Arizona regional headquarters in southeast Mesa—a 950,000-square-foot logistics campus designed to strengthen freight flow into and out of the Southwest, including cross-border supply chains tied to the U.S.–Mexico trade corridor.

The $14.5 million project will consolidate DSV’s operations into a single hub offering air, sea, and road transport, as well as contract logistics and inventory management solutions. DSV expects the facility to support up to about 160 employees at maximum capacity when fully staffed.

Company leaders said the investment is aimed at keeping pace with Arizona’s surge in manufacturing and distribution, while regional officials emphasized the facility’s role in improving the movement of high-value goods—particularly components and finished products that travel along the Mexico–Arizona border gateway and on to major U.S. markets.

Located at 9560 E. Pecos Road, the site provides access to Mesa Gateway Airport and major transportation routes, positioning DSV to serve advanced manufacturing customers—including semiconductor and technology supply chains—while also expanding the region’s ability to handle time-sensitive, cross-border freight.

DSV said the campus will feature state-of-the-art technology and sustainable design, including solar panels. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2027, at which point it will become DSV’s primary logistics hub for the southwestern United States.
