Company leases 136,000+ SF in Liberty Center; largest office lease for the year

TEMPE, AZ (June 12, 2025) – Dutch Bros Inc. (NYSE: BROS), the Oregon-based drive-thru coffee powerhouse, has announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters to Tempe, Arizona, marking a significant shift in its operational strategy and reinforcing its commitment to growth in the Southwest.

In July 2024, Dutch Bros signed a long-term lease for approximately 136,426 square feet at Liberty Center at Rio Salado, a premier Class A business park near downtown Tempe, the largest office lease in the Phoenix metro area last year. The transaction was brokered by Mike Strittmatter and Brad Anderson of Cushman & Wakefield, representing Dutch Bros in the deal.

The new headquarters space, formerly occupied by Carvana, will consolidate the company’s support operations, which are currently split between Oregon and temporary offices in Scottsdale.

Dutch Bros plans to complete the move in 2025, with about 40% of its corporate support staff relocating or being hired locally. The relocation was driven by the Phoenix metro’s expanding workforce, business infrastructure, and connectivity via Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Tucson Presence Remains Strong

While the company relocates its corporate headquarters from Oregon to Tempe, Dutch Bros continues to expand its retail footprint in Tucson, where it currently operates over a dozen drive-thru locations. Existing stores are located in high-traffic corridors on Oracle Road, Speedway Boulevard, Broadway Boulevard, and Valencia Road.

Additional sites are under development or in planning phases, reaffirming Tucson’s importance as a strategic growth market for the brand.

Dutch Bros is a publicly traded drive-thru coffee company with more than 900 locations across the United States. Known for its cold brews, energy drinks, and people-first culture, Dutch Bros remains one of the nation’s fastest-growing food and beverage brands.

With Dutch Bros maintaining retail expansion in Southern Arizona and anchoring a significant corporate presence in Tempe, the move underscores Arizona’s unique advantage as both a consumer and business destination.
