Led by Phoenix commercial real estate veterans Nick Ault and Daniel Ortega, the two Principals have overseen the growth of the office and talent recruitment while expanding the team’s expertise in tenant representation and project leasing, establishing Edge as a major player in the Phoenix commercial real estate market. Together with Senior Vice President LeDonna Spongberg, their leadership has a combined 55 years of experience.
