MESA, ARIZ. (Jan. 24, 2023) – Partnership and loyalty are two words that define EHS Restoration. “We strive to be a vital partner rather than a vendor with our clients,” EHS President, Keith Pomonis explains. “Every problem has a solution. We thrive on being that solution.”
As it celebrates its 15th anniversary, EHS Restoration has its eye on strategic local and national market expansion as it implements and aligns new infrastructure.
“Our company's goal year after year is to grow in every way possible. As the pace of technological change quickens, we actively ensure our employees have the right skills and equipment to thrive,” Pomonis said. “We are in a highly competitive industry. Our success is measured by our dedication to being the best in terms of our team, our technologies, and most importantly how we treat our clients.”
EHS Restoration became Arizona’s primary restoration company to partner beyond state lines when natural disasters such as hurricanes and wildfires wreaked havoc across the country. Its highly-trained catastrophe response team jumps into action multiple times each year to provide emergency relief to states including California, Florida, Louisiana, Virginia, Oregon, and Texas when they are exposed to substantial fire, water, storm, and ice damage from natural disasters.
“It was an easy decision,” said Pomonis. “For most local restoration companies, the geographic span of its work is limited to the Valley. We had the opportunity to be a partner outside the state and we seized it. The trips are difficult and uncomfortable, but they are a huge source of pride within our organization.”
Its ability to exceed new client expectations has furthered its connections in the industry and has led to enormous opportunities. Not only has EHS Restoration taken on major new clients, it also expanded its workforce by more than 25 percent in 2022.
Pomonis adds that each EHS Restoration employee is passionate about their essential role in providing superior service to its clients, utilizing the most advanced equipment and improved restoration practices to ensure the client benefits from the most updated approaches.
“We are proud to be regarded as a well-established and esteemed company in the emergency restoration industry and in our community. Our exceptional customer service and quality of work have led to national exposure and recognition,” Pomonis said. “The combination of charitable efforts and high standards of work has helped us garner industry awards and honors. But what matters most to us as a veteran- and family-owned company is providing the best results for all of our clients.”
Founded in 2008, EHS Restoration embraces a dedicated philanthropic mission as a supportive member of the community. The company as a whole takes part in supporting non-profit and charitable organizations such as the Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospitals, Phoenix Children’s Hospitals, and the Arizona Burn Foundation
“We pride ourselves on operating with integrity and enthusiasm,” Pomonis said. “Our company foundation is built upon a set of core values that all employees embody and uphold on a daily basis to ensure outstanding service, commitment to go above and beyond, a sense of ownership in every step of the process, and respect and compassion for our clients, who truly are our partners.”
