Founded in 2020, Empire Paving began as a small, service-driven operation focused on quality workmanship and responsive communication. In 2024, Empire transitioned to a direct-to-client contractor model, allowing the team to deepen relationships, refine internal processes, and deliver a more seamless client experience.

Momentum continued into 2025. Without expanding its core team, Empire Paving doubled its revenue from the previous year, demonstrating both strong market demand and the effectiveness of the culture and processes established during its transformation.
