TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Chapman Management Group is pleased to announce that Erik Chapman, CCIM, Vice President, and Batoun Herrington, CPM, CCIM, Vice President and Designated Broker, were both awarded the CCIM Designation at the National CCIM Global Conference in San Diego on Tuesday, September 15, 2019.

To earn the CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.

The CCIM Institute (www.ccim.com), is one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world. Each designee invests a significant amount of time and effort into achieving the CCIM designation which will pay off throughout their entire commercial real estate career.  The CCIM designation is earned by commercial real estate professionals who complete over 200 hours of graduate-level education curriculum study focused on ethics, interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. CCIMs must also complete a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination. Only then is a designation candidate awarded the coveted CCIM pin, joining the ranks of more than 9,000 highly skilled commercial and investment real estate experts.
