TUCSON, ARIZONA – Euclid / Lee Apartments at 822 East Lee Street in Tucson sold for $2.25 million of $93,750 per unit.

Built in 1979, the 8,896-square-foot building sits on a 27,616-square-foot lot is located on the southeast corner of Euclid & Lee. Amenities include high speed internet access, air conditioning, smoke free, cable ready and barbeque grills.

The unit mix consists of 12 Studios and 12 1-bedroom units.

The seller was represented by Tom DeSollar of EMS Arizona First Properties in Tucson.

“The units were in excellent condition,” DeSollar said. “The seller had owned and self-managed it since 1997.”

The buyer was a California Partnership led by Paul Krause and self-represented.

The transaction closed on Monday, January 31, 2022.
