Phoenix, Arizona –  SVN Advisors, Rommie Mojahed and Beau Flahart have closed another sale in the Phoenix area.  The centrally located freestanding building was a former commissary kitchen for Eat-Fit-Go, a health-inspired business that prepared meals to go daily.  When the owner decided to close the business, SVN was in place to handle the sale transaction.

The building is located at 739 E. Dunlap Ave. in Phoenix, AZ.  The 13,994-square-foot single-tenant building sold for $1,430,000.   The former owner of Eat-Fit-Go and seller, Aaron McKeever with Live Well Enterprises, LLC relied on Director of Retail Leasing & Sales Investment advisor, Rommie Mojahed and Senior advisor, Beau Flahart to represent him in the sale transaction.  “It was key to find the right owner/user for this asset,” said Mojahed.  The buyer, Kyle Hollenbeck, with BLT Kitchens, LLC from Phoenix purchased the property just recently.  Mojahed stated, “We are happy to help the seller come out with a positive outcome after EFG went out of business.”

SVN Desert Commercial Advisors has built a referral network among many brokerages across the US.  Recently named 2020 Retail Broker by AZ Business Leaders magazine, Mojahed was able to work with another out-of-state investor from Nebraska by the referral from Mary Grassi with Launch Real Estate.  Everyone won in this deal
