TUCSON, Arizona – A Mesa investment group purchased the freestanding retail building at 760 W Valencia Road in Tucson for a Cox Cable Store. The vacant asset sold for $450,000 ($141 PSF).
The buyer plans to convert the former Payless Shoes into a Cox Cable Store. Cox will be relocating its one of three stores at 1610 W. Valencia Rd. to this new, larger location.
