TEMPE, AZ (April 4, 2024)—ORION Investment Real Estate’s Nick Miner, CCIM, and Andrew Harrison report representing the seller of the former restaurant building located on well-known Mill Avenue in Tempe, Arizona, for $2,830,168.00, or $511 per square foot.

The former Golden Pineapple restaurant building is located just south of Downtown Tempe, which is home to Arizona State University’s main campus and Tempe Town Lake; both are
major economic drivers for the Phoenix Metro area.

Nick Miner, CCIM, Senior Vice President at ORION, commented, “I assisted the seller when they purchased the property as an investment opportunity in 2018. Unfortunately, the former tenant was not able to continue operations which is why we marketed the property for sale to a restaurant operator.”

Andrew Harrison, Senior Vice President at ORION commented, “This property was a great opportunity for the buyer and it included additional income from the cell towers.”

The building was formerly occupied by a tenant that closed abruptly and the Seller wanted to sell the building quickly.

Seller, 2700 S Mill Avenue, LLC, was represented by Miner and Harrison of ORION Investment Real Estate.

Buyer, EQ Scott and Congress, LLC, was represented by Trent Goulette of Southwest Retail Group.
