The 4,439 sq. ft. building (built 1971) on 2 acres (C-2 zoned) is located on Country Club between I-10 and Benson Hwy. South Pike Eagle, LLC of Tucson (Kristine and Sandra Hansen) purchased the vacant property from KMS Enterprises, LLC of Tucson (Kyle Mokhtarian and Matthew Skidmore) for investment in a seller carry back.
