The former Western Truck Driving School at 4726 S Country Club Road in Tucson sold for[mepr-show rules="58038"]$425,500 ($99 PSF). The 4,439 sq. ft. building (built 1971) on 2 acres (C-2 zoned) is located on Country Club between I-10 and Benson Hwy. South Pike Eagle, LLC of Tucson (Kristine and Sandra Hansen) purchased the vacant property from KMS Enterprises, LLC of Tucson (Kyle Mokhtarian and Matthew Skidmore) for investment in a seller carry back.

Kyle Moktarian and Matthew Skidmore both brokers with Realty Executive in Tucson were self-represented in the transaction.

Brandon Rodgers of Cushman & Wakefield / Picor Commercial Real Estate Services has since been retained as exclusive listing agent for the property.
