Facility Occupied by Moog Aerospace and Defense Offers Steady Cash Flow to Buyer
PHOENIX, (August 21, 2024)—Sorrento Seven of (headquarters location) has purchased a fully occupied industrial building at 2228 W. Guadalupe Rd. in Gilbert for $10,900,000 ($319 PSF). The building, constructed in 2019, has 34,132 square feet of space.
“The buyer of this property was attracted to the steady cash flow provided by the fully occupied property,” says Brian Ackerman with Colliers. “This relatively new building is located in a great submarket with very low vacancy,”
The industrial facility is fully occupied by Moog Aerospace and Defense Company (NYSE: MOG.A/MOG.B). Multiple large aerospace and defense companies have selected Gilbert and the East Valley for their facilities.
Sorrento Seven purchased the property from Simone Charitable Foundation. Ackerman handled the marketing and sale of the property.
