Tucson, AZ (August 8, 2023) – The Grant & Alvernon Shopping Center at the southeast corner of Grant Road and Alvernon Way, has been sold to Bob Camino Principal, LLC. The 25,365-square-foot shopping center was developed in 1985 at 2330 N Alvernon Way and 3902-3944 E Grant Road in Tucson.
The shopping center sold for $3.45 million ($136 PSF) and was 73% occupied at the time of the sale, which closed on July 24, 2023. The Vasa Fitness building was not included in the sale.
