PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), have announced the sale of Habit Burger Grill, a 1,891-square-foot net-leased property located in Phoenix, Arizona. According to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office, the asset sold for $2,200,000 ($1,163 PSF).

Zack House, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a personal trust, was procured by House, Ruble and Lind.

Built in 1973, Habit Burger Grill is located at 745 East Glendale Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The property is easily accessible to 389,280 residents within a five-mile radius and across the street from Safeway Grocery.
