Robbins, announced the $2.4 million, an all cash sale of two retail parcels formerly occupied by Enterprise Rental Car and the Waffle House to Phoenix, Arizona-based DP Land Holdings IX, LLC, dba Lifted Trucks, a custom truck dealer.
