TUCSON, ARIZONA, March 22, 2023 -- CANNON & WENDT REAL ESTATE, LLC purchased from G.E.C. PROPERTY AND LEASING L.L.C. the office and industrial buildings located at 1760, 1784 and 1820 East Pace Ct., in Tucson.
The 14,704 square feet of commercial space was built in 1973 sold for $1,037,000 ($71. PSF). It was previously occupied by the seller dba Gilbert Electric. The transaction closed on February 28, 2023.
