TUCSON, ARIZONA – The industrial building at 600 E 20th Street in Tucson sold to owner users for $1.05 million ($68 PSF), located southwest of Euclid and 20th Street.
The 15,349 square-foot building on 1.68 acres (built 1938) had been a multitenant property previously with six buildings and heavy industrial power 700 Amps, 3-phase, 208/240 volts.
The buyer, T.L.C. Ronstadt, LLC has two businesses that will occupy the property. One is a countertop manufacturer dba Alternative Counters & Remodeling and the other a landscape architect dba Smith Landscaping & Design.
The asset sold on August 8, 2022.
