PHOENIX, ARIZ. – Pangolin Structural, a majority woman-owned, full-service structural design and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the growth of its team with the addition of Carrie Bailes as Director of Business Development.
Bailes, who possesses 20 years of industry experience, will be responsible for fostering relationships with potential clients and project partners across multiple industries. She will also be responsible for pursuing strategic project opportunities for Pangolin.
Bailes brings a proven track record of facilitating long-term business relationships, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction that make her known in the industry as a creative industry leader.

Established in 2014, Pangolin Structural is committed to providing a higher level of structural engineering services to architects, build partners and owners. Its services include adaptive reuse; assessment and repair; building addition; construction engineering; ground-up and greenfield; renovation and remodel; Services During Construction (SDC) and Special Structural Inspection (SSI).

A native of Tucson and graduate of Northern Arizona University, Bailes is a member of CASHE, AAED, ULI Arizona and NAIOP Arizona. Away from the office, she enjoys strength classes at the gym, playing golf, road biking, volunteering at her church and spending time near the ocean.
