TUCSON, AZ (April 22, 2025) -- International Logistics Solutions (ILS) has officially opened its new 115,000-square-foot U.S. headquarters and distribution center at 3780 E. Valencia Road in Tucson, holding its grand opening on April 4th. The Tucson Commerce Center facility features 32-foot clear heights, 14 dock doors (expandable to 26), and advanced storage and fulfillment technology, enhancing ILS’s capacity to serve international and regional clients with greater speed and efficiency.
Tim Healy at CBRE in Tucson represented Bridge Investment Group and Flint Development, the landlord, while Rob Glaser of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the tenant.
Strategically located near major highways, air, rail, and border crossings, the new warehouse is positioned to support high-volume logistics for the growing Arizona-Sonora Corridor. The facility plays a key role in the cross-border supply chain—particularly for the automotive and aerospace industries—by streamlining the movement of goods between factories in the U.S. and Mexico. ILS handles over 100,000 automotive parts daily, contributing to more than $11 billion in annual trade.

ILS, a bonded warehouse provider, offers third-party logistics, inventory management, fulfillment, distribution, and import/export services. The Tucson facility expands its footprint beyond international trade to serve local and regional warehousing and e-commerce needs.
Founded in 2000, ILS is a subsidiary of Tetakawi, formerly The Offshore Group, based in Tucson since 1986. Its original warehouse on Old Vail Road remains in operation. ILS also operates Hermosillo, Guaymas, Empalme, Queretaro, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Guadalajara, and Mexico City facilities.
