Anthem Eastside ShopsProperty is Located Just Five Minutes North of Taiwan Semiconductor Facility

Phoenix (January 7, 2026) - Anthem Eastside Shops, located at 3668-3720 W. Anthem Way, has been sold to a Dallas-based investor. The three-building retail development is leased to a diverse mix of tenants, including retailers, restaurants, and various personal and business service providers.

"This upscale, well maintained retail center is a popular destination for residents of the thriving Anthem community," says Mindy Korth, executive vice president of Colliers. "Anthem’s close proximity to the new Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) positions well this master-planned community for solid financial growth moving forward."

Korth assisted the seller, a Montana-based partnership, with its purchase six years earlier and again handled the marketing and sale of the asset.

Anthem Eastside Shops was built in 2003 and is situated on ±5.45 acres. The three-building center contains ±31,193 square feet of retail space, 88.5 percent leased at the time of the sale.

The attractive retail center features highly functional layouts and appealing aesthetics. Glass storefronts, prominent entrance doors, covered walkways, and varying rooflines enhance the visual appeal. Tenants include Dollar Tree, Rosati's Pizza, Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping, Anthem Dental, Radiant Beauty Suites, Reflections Body Spa & Tanning, Fendi Nails, Red Star Vapor, H&R Block, and Repic Builders. The adjacent Tutor Time was not part of the center and is a welcome traffic generator for the center.

Developed in 1998, the Anthem master-planned community spans nearly 6,000 acres and is home to more than 22,000 residents. The center is within walking distance of Anthem Community Park and is surrounded by beautiful residential neighborhoods, schools, and other recreational facilities. Located on Anthem Way, a key east-west corridor connecting the Anthem community to Interstate 17, this strategic location serves Anthem and numerous surrounding communities and provides quick access to TSMC and other major employers throughout Northwest Phoenix and the Greater Phoenix metro area.
