PHOENIX -- Irgens - Phoenix has announced development completion of its Ascend at Chandler Airport Center building, located at the northwest corner of South Cooper and East Germann roads in Chandler.
The 81,712-square-foot flex/office building is expandable to 162,000- square-feet with addition of a second level. The building is located within the Chandler Airport Center, a multi-building corporate business park situated just off the SanTan Loop 202 at the Cooper Road interchange. When fully built out, the park will feature nearly 400,000 square feet of the Valley’s most innovative workspace.
