Robertson lends his expertise and experience to help guide the leading commercial real estate organization
Tucson, AZ October 25, 2022 — CCIM Institute, one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world with designees in more than 30 countries, announced its 2023 Board of Directors at the organization's annual governance meetings in Chicago Oct. 12-16, 2022. CCIM Institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, commercial real estate's global standard for professional achievement.
James P. Robertson, MBA, CCIM, Associate Broker of Commercial and Investment Brokerage at Realty Executives Arizona Territory, in Tucson, Arizona will serve in 2023 – 2025 on the CCIM Institutes Board of Directors, 2023 – 2024 on the CCIM Institutes Executive Committee, and 2023 – 2025 on the CCIM Foundation Board of Directors as First Vice President.
“I am truly honored to be able to serve in these leadership roles with this great organization,” Robertson says. “I'm excited to be part of moving the CCIM Institute forward in the coming years ahead.” Additionally, Robertson will continue his roll as a Member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors representing Tucson Association of Realtors and Arizona Association of Realtors
Earning his CCIM designation in 2005, he has moved up from leadership positions at the CCIM Southern Arizona Chapter to a wide range of national CCIM committees. Currently, Robertson serves on CCIM Institute's Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and CCIM Foundation Board of Directors. Additionally, he is a graduate of the prestigious Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy, which offers a nine-month intensive program through CCIM Institute.
James is an Associate Broker for Realty Executives Arizona Territory specializing in Investment and Commercial Brokerage. James as an advocate of education, received an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, a B.S.B.A. Degree in Hospitality Management, and then his MBA. His corporate and employment affiliations have been with The Marriott Corporation, Radisson Hotels International, Desert Bay Hospitality Management, Long Commercial Real Estate Services and currently with Realty Executives Arizona Territory to accumulate 30 years of diverse general management, business development, operations, and marketing experience with regional real estate firms and multinational hospitality corporations. Along with domestic business exposure he has experience working with other real estate professionals from: Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, England and Germany. James is an elite real estate professional and successful personal investor, who performs with a “Free Enterprise” business philosophy. He believes that confidential relationships are a required tool to financial success.
