PHOENIX, AZ – LGE Design Build has completed a 15,000-square-foot aerospace manufacturing machine shop for JB’s Precision Industries, a certified woman-owned, small manufacturing business.
J.B.’s Precision Industries constructed the building, located at 2320 W. Parkside Lane in Phoenix, to grow its business after leasing for 21 years. The family-owned aerospace and defense manufacturer serves clients such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
The new building has a 16-foot clear height ceiling for the high-technology equipment.
“The new building is an investment for employees and our family. We hope to grow the operation in the next two years and provide additional opportunities for employees and the community,” said Stacy Hoffner, majority owner of J.B.’s Precision Industries. Her husband, Mike Hoffner, is also an owner.
Three generations of the Hoffner family currently work at J.B.’s Precision Industries. Most employees have worked there for 10-20 years. The Hoffners are also proud to employ a veteran and would like to hire more veterans in the future.
