Industry veteran Patti Gentry to serve growing demand for healthcare CRE

PHOENIX, Arizona – The Phoenix office of JLL has hired industry veteran Patti Gentry as Senior Vice President. Gentry comes to JLL with three decades of commercial real estate experience, with specific expertise in the healthcare and medical office space.

“Phoenix is an extremely active healthcare real estate market and Patti is a recognized expert in this sector,” said JLL Senior Managing Director Pat Williams. “She is a welcome addition to JLL and will be a great representative as we continue to expand our local healthcare platform.”

Gentry’s career includes roles as a top achiever in national brokerage organizations, as the founder and principal of a Phoenix-based, healthcare real estate firm and as Vice President at Bank of America, where she acquired, sold and managed more than 400 properties totaling over $1 billion in value. Significant clients have included Honor Healthcare, American Presidential Lines, Ryan Companies and Dignity Health.

Gentry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University (ASU) and a Masters of Business Administration from the American Graduate School of International Management.

She is President of the Burns Family Foundation, Chairperson of the Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center Community Board and the first-ever woman Chairperson at Barrow Neurological Institute. Gentry is also a member of Scottsdale Leadership, Women Business Leaders of Healthcare, the ASU W.P. Carey School of Business Dean’s Council, and a lifetime member of the Sun Angel Foundation, supporting academic and athletic excellence within ASU’s women’s sports.
