Phoenix, AZ– Kathy Foster, senior vice president of Corporate Solutions at Colliers International in Greater Phoenix, has been awarded the industry’s most prestigious designation, the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR), by CoreNet Global, the world’s leading professional association for corporate real estate and workplace executives.

“Kathy Foster joins a distinguished class of MCR graduates who have received extensive training and practical experience, and demonstrated professional competence and a high level of industry knowledge in the field,” said Angela Cain, CEO of CoreNet Global.

“We are extremely proud of Kathy’s accomplishment,” said Bob Mulhern, managing director of Colliers International in Greater Phoenix. “A dedicated and skilled professional with an outstanding record of success, Kathy joins an elite group of professionals who have earned the MCR.”

Foster specializes in portfolio management, corporate real estate and workplace strategy, working on behalf of clients with significant domestic and global real estate assets. With more than 20 years of in-depth experience in corporate real estate, Foster has completed transactions in excess of 10 million square feet in more than 100 markets throughout North America. An active member of CoreNet, Foster is also a member of Colliers’ Occupier Advisors Group and Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW); and she is dedicated to serving the community through a number of charitable organizations.

The CoreNet Global MCR professional designation was established in 1982, and is part of a comprehensive career development program for the corporate real estate profession. It includes more than 100 hours of classroom training, two elective seminars and a Capstone, followed by a graded assessment, all within a five-year period. The MCR provides essential skills that focus on critical business issues, and reflects strategic competence and successful experience as a corporate real estate expert.
