The property sits in north-central Tucson’s Flowing Wells neighborhood, just south of Prince Road and west of N. Flowing Wells Road, offering convenient access to nearby retail and employment corridors.
The sellers were Ando LLC and the Gary H. Rieman and Phyllis C. Rieman Trust.
