TUCSON - Kim Rubly has joined Cadden Community Management as the new Chief Operating Officer.  Kim brings with her over 15 years of community association management expertise and is responsible for overseeing a team of community managers and office staff.

Kim has earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), the highest professional designation awarded by Community Associations Institute (CAI) at a national level as well as Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) through Arizona Association of Community Managers.

Cadden Community Management has enjoyed over 29 years of success in the association management industry. Today, the company is responsible for maintaining and increasing property values of homes in approximately 220 communities in Tucson, Green Valley and Sierra Vista.
