PHOENIX, ARIZONA - VanTrust Real Estate, a full-service, national real estate development company, is thrilled to welcome Kris Miller to the firm to serve as Director of Development Services. Miller brings a strong design/build construction background to his new role with VanTrust, having spent the entirety of his career in the local market with established general contractors.
With VanTrust, Miller's role will be to support VanTrust's Arizona regional office, working with the real estate development team to plan, direct, coordinate and oversee construction projects in the Arizona region.

This background will allow Kris to step in and have an immediate impact at VanTrust, in leading the execution of our developments.”
"VanTrust is able to provide a full-service development to a variety of different product types from beginning to end," said Miller. "While my role involves supporting the team to evaluate various sites for development and construction, I’ll particularly be helping to ensure that the execution process of the development is achieved successfully."
Miller graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and went on to get his MBA from Grand Canyon University. He spent five-plus years with McShane Construction as a Senior Project Manager, where he gained valuable design-build and build-to-suit experience with commercial, industrial and manufacturing projects and managed multiple projects and teams.
