TUCSON, ARIZONA – Office sales in La Cholla Corporate Center have surged this month with three offices selling in this upscale 230,000-square-foot business park located in Northwest Tucson, across from the Foothills Mall, on La Cholla north of Ina Road.
Vast Commercial Real Estate Solutions (VAST), a full-service commercial real estate and investment brokerage firm, brokered the sale of a Class A medical office building at 7494 N La Cholla Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85741. The 4,040-square-foot space sold for $750,000 ($185.64 PSF).
Constructed in 2006, the single-story, high-design space was originally a build-to-suit for an OBGYN practice. The buyer, EJI Properties, purchased it for an Orthopedic Medical practice to be owner occupied.
Jon O’Shea, Rob Fischrup, and Eric Lamb of VAST represented the seller, 2030 East, LLC. The buyer was represented by Mark Irvin of Mark Irvin Commercial Real Estate Services.

Arizona Kidney Disease & Hypertension Centers (AKDHC) purchase the office at 7370 N La Cholla Blvd. in La Cholla Corporate Center to owner occupy. The 3,498-square-foot office was built in 2007 and sold for $670,000 ($190 PSF). The property was vacant at time of sale and previously a medical office.
John Yarborough and David Carroll of Romano Real Estate in Tucson represented the seller, Spiritu Sancto, LLC in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Fletcher Perry with Kidder Mathews of Phoenix.

Good News Radio Broadcasting, Inc. bought the office at 7604 N La Cholla Blvd. in La Cholla Corporate Center. The 1,760-square-foot office sold for $325,000 ($185 PSF).
Built in 2005, the seller, Bednar-Rams Canyon was represented by Jordan Simon and Karen Farrell of Venture West, also the developer of La Cholla Corporate Center. The buyer was self-represented.
