PHOENIX, Ariz. (June 21, 2024) – Landmark Title Assurance Agency recently hired Matt Daniels to fill the new Vice President of National Commercial Sales position. Daniels will focus on expanding the company’s local and national client base to support Landmark Title’s commercial real estate team. He will also work with our Shaddock sister company, Texas-based Capital Title, to expand their national commercial footprint.
Daniels brings over 20 years of industry experience as VP of National Commercial Sales. Daniels began his career in California, working for national and regional title and escrow firms. Prior to joining Landmark Title, Daniels was a Vice President with Stewart Title. His business development experience includes residential and commercial, with expertise in industrial and agribusiness sectors, where he has facilitated closings for $750 million to $1 billion. Daniels is an active AZCREW, NAIOP, ICSC, and the Urban Land Institute.
