A community of 92 single-family homes set against the backdrop of the High Sonoran Desert completely sold out

Goodyear, Ariz. (July 12, 2024) – Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that it has sold all 92 homes at Vidrio at Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona.

“Vidrio at Estrella is the perfect combination of outdoor adventure and calm suburban life with easy access to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants so it’s no wonder homebuyers were eager to purchase and take advantage of the opportunity to own in this community,” said Todd Condon, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Arizona Division, Landsea Homes. “We still have several opportunities for homebuyers to break into the desirable and growing Goodyear market though, with four amazing communities currently selling.”

Vidrio in Estrella comprises 92 single-family homes ranging from 1,886 square feet to 3,040 square feet.

The picturesque Estrella master-planned community is located about 17 miles west of Phoenix. It is set against the backdrop of the High Sonoran Desert, with various wild desert trails for walking and biking.

Homes are selling at other Goodyear communities, including Solvida at Estrella, El Cidro, Citrus Park, and Centerra.
