
Sierra Vista, Arizona – An investment group, South Plaza Vista LLC led by the principals of Tucson-based Larsen Baker LLC, George Larsen, CCIM recently purchased the 65,000-square-feet former Sutherland’s Lumberyard building at 493 N. Highway 90 Bypass in Sierra Vista for $2.35 million ($36 PSF) in Cochise County.
South Plaza Vista LLC plans to extensively remodel the now vacant building and re-purpose it for retail users along with such area tenants as Ross Dress for Less, Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Lowes, CAL Ranch Store, Burger King, Chase Bank, Subway and Fry’s Marketplace., Wal
This will be Larsen Baker’s third real estate investment in Sierra Vista. The company also owns Cochise Plaza on Fry Blvd and the VA Medical Outpatient Clinic on Coronado Blvd.
