Tucson, AZ. – October 27, 2023 –Larsen Baker is pleased to announce the sale of a 1.5 Acre CI-2 parcel at the NEC of Valencia and McCulloch Dr in the Southpointe Industrial Park located at the NWC of Valencia and Kolb. The parcel which will be used to build an industrial flex facility, sold for $489,365 ($7.49/sf).
The buyer, Arya’s Kitchen, LLC purchased the parcel as an owner user.
The project has 3.9 acres remaining which Larsen Baker has listed for sale or lease with build to suit potential. The hard corner of the land is slated for retail use including drive through. The east portion is slated for another industrial/flex use where a facility up to 20,000 sf can be built.
The seller, Valencia Southpointe Partners, LLC, an affiliate of Larsen Baker, was represented by Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, who handled the transaction.
